The next step is to submit your order in our scheduling portal so we can assign a Scout and complete your request.

Step 1: Access the Client Portal

If this is your first time using EZ Property Scouts, please create a client account.

If you have used our services before, log in to your existing account.

Client Login

Note: When you log in, the portal will display EZ Notary Services at the top. This is correct.

Step 2: Start Your Order

Once logged into the portal:

Click Schedule Order

Add yourself as Client #1 and click OK

Click Next

Step 3: Enter Order Details

Complete the following:

File #: Enter TBD

Signing Type: Select the service you just paid for

Date & Time: Choose when you would like the field inspection to take place

Contact Information: Enter the person the Scout should contact to schedule access

Property Address: Enter the inspection location

Click Submit when finished.

Step 4: Review and Submit
